Reservation Policies
- Only trained users will have access to make instrument reservations, available 24/7.
- Reservations can be made on applicable shared calendars; management system to come.
- Reservations made cannot exceed 4 consecutive hours, unless approved by Facility Director Emery Ng
- Users more than 30 minutes late to a reservation with no notice to Emery will have their reservations canceled and will result in a charge of the full reservation originally made.
- Once per calendar month per user, a pricing adjustment can be made by contacting Emery Ng
