The Mass Spectrometry Facility in Steger Hall

Mass spectrometry tools are used for the analysis and quantification of proteins (proteomics) and small molecules (metabolomics). We provide colsultation and training in the areas of sample preparation, instrument operation and data analysis, with strong emphasis on the metadata and analytical requirements for publication of metabolomic and proteomic results.
