Tissue Lyser II

  • The Qiagen TissueLyser II disrupts and homogenizes various sample materials for subsequent purification of DNA or RNA and other downstream molecular applications The GSC instrument has 2 adapters which accommodate 24 – 1.5 ul microcentrifuge tubes for a total of 48 (24 x 2).

10X Chromium Unit

  • The 10X Chromium Controller uses advanced microfluidics to perform single cell partitioning and barcoding in a matter of minutes. Powered by Next GEM technology, the Chromium Controller enables integrated analysis of single cells at massive scale. 8 Samples can be prepared in one run.  This instrument is small and portable and can be checked out to use in your own lab space for the duration of your project.

Oxford Nanopore Prom24 Instrument

  • The ONT PromethION 24 is a high-throughput sequencing device capable of generating terabases of long-read data in a single run, making it suitable for large-scale genomic projects. It features 24 independent flow cells positions, allowing users to sequence multiple samples simultaneously or flexibly scale their experiments. This platform is offered as a walk-up sequencing service.  Users prepare their own libraries and run their own flowcells.
