This is an announcement stating the GSF will close for winter break at 4:00pm on Tuesday, December 23rd and will reopen on Monday, January 5th. The cutoff to submit samples and receive sanger sequencing data before the break is 9am on Monday, December 22. No samples will be collected after 9am on Monday December 22nd. Genomics Sequencing Facility Facts

The Genomics Sequencing Facility offers the necessary combination of highly-skilled molecular biologists and the latest in Next-Generation Sequencing technologies to help research clients realize successful end goals. The 6,500 sq. ft. NGS facility houses the Illumina NextSeq, MiSeq, library prep and liquid dispensing robots, SeqStudio Flex for Sanger sequencing, and ABI’s QuantStudio 5 for the qPCR instrument. The GSF specializes in customizing NGS services to suit investigators’ needs.
