Service Request

To request a consultation, assistance, or training on one of the microscopes (Nikon AXR/STED, Nikon SoRa, Zeiss LSM880, Zeiss LLS7), please note our procedure:

1. Decide on an instrument you would like to use. Access instrument comparisons here.
2. Decide if you need an assisted session or would like to be trained. Please see the policies and session descriptions here.
   
3. Fill out this service request intake form.
   
4. You will be contacted within 48 hours of submitting the form. Depending on your needs or sample description, we may have some follow-up questions.
5. Set a use date/time! If you are trained, you will then have access to the facility and the appropriate scheduler.
