2025 ImageJ Workshop

A free, half-day ImageJ/FIJI for Beginners workshop will be hosted in Rm. 101 of LS1 on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025, from 9:30AM - 2PM.

In this workshop, you will learn:

• An introduction to images, image processing, and ImageJ/FIJI
• Basic ImageJ commands, recording function for macros, and measurement tools
• Thresholding for automated selection, object counting, filters, and image math
• An introduction to more complex concepts in ImageJ/FIJI
